Our options range from postal shipping (standard and medium speed) to expedited shipping (fast delivery).





Free Shipping

Customers can enjoy free shipping on all orders over $29.99 to US only!

Shipping Methods

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or delivered on Holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during Holidays.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 
*Please give us a valid phone number that we can reach you at immediately. 

*We are unable to ship to BFPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Depending on your location and amount ordered, please allow up to 3-7 business days from shipment date to receive your order.

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once you order has shipped containing your Tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Order Tracking

Order Tracking is available online. Enter your order number from your email and find out when your order is expected to arrive.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are welcome. Shipping costs to your country will be automatically calculated once your address has been keyed in, upon checkout. If your country is selected but there is no option for “International Shipping”, please email us at info@nunbellpets.com, and we will add your country to our International Shipping list as soon as possible.
